A husband and wife duo, Jay and Allison Carroll, set out to simplify their life by cutting the excess and moving out to the remote desert town known as Wonder Valley. Located outside of Joshua Tree National Park, Wonder Valley is the inspiration for their olive oil company that emphasizes the importance of simplicity and attention to detail. All of their olives are handpicked at a young age for a greener color, longer shelf life, and a higher concentration of polyphenols.
